Wendy Quest grew up in a suburb of Dallas, Texas where the weather was relatively unpredictable (one day snow, the next burning sun). But one thing was constant – her desire to tell a good story. In 2009 she became a member of RWA. In 2011 after completing her first novel, she earned PRO status. Although she has finalled in several contests with her contemporary novels, it is writing historical work that is her passion. And she doesn't even mind the endless trips to the library for research (or watching the History Channel!) Currently she is serving as Secretary for the HHRW chapter and thoroughly enjoying connecting with the members.

When not writing or brainstorming, she enjoys travel with her family and scrapbooking.
