Categories may be eliminated or combined with another category if fewer than ten entries are received.

Entry fees: HHRW members: $20.00 US
Non-HHRW members: $25.00 US

Payment by Paypal or personal check. Please make all checks payable to HHRW and mail to the HHRW Treasurer. See the Payment page for details.

Send one completed copy of Entry Form & Waiver, proof of entry fee (copy of PayPal receipt or check number and date sent), and cover sheet to correct Category Coordinator for each submission.
